Solar cable is the interconnection cable used in photovoltaic power generation. A solar cable interconnects solar panels and other electrical components of a photovoltaic system. Solar cables are designed to be UV resistant and weather resistant.
Operating temp.: -15 °C to 90 °C
Voltage Grade up to: 1100 V (AC) & 1800 V (DC)
Requirement of oxygen in the air to catch fire: more than 29.5%
The temperature required to catch fire (with 21% oxygen): more then 250 °C
Visibility during cable burning: less than 60%
